Return and Exchange Policy
All sales made through our B2B platform are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product upon receipt
- Shipping error on our part (wrong product received)
- Expired product or insufficient shelf life at the time of delivery
To submit a claim, please contact our team within 14 business days of receiving your order, including your order number and supporting photos. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.
ATTITUDE reserves the right to approve or decline any claim on a case-by-case basis.
